From Kindness is about living from a place of compassion. Compassion with the world, your friends, your family, and, most especially, yourself. It’s impossible to be truly kind to someone else when you’re busy beating yourself up.

My name is Julie Corron and I’m pretty much an expert on beating yourself up. I’ve spent almost two decades learning about compassion and letting go of the inner harshness. I’ve still got a long way to go–I’m no Mother Teresa! But now I teach yoga and meditation, with an emphasis on heart and compassion. I’m also a wellness coach because I find that so many times that inner harshness leads to stress and discomfort in our own skin, in our own lives, and to feeling unwell.
